You can't look back and say in hindsight we should have done something. If we had done it and then the Yankees got Thor or Grienke for less, how would you feel then?

Biagini is a controllable reliever for the Jays. Very meh numbers, but this is likely a move more for the next 3-4 years given our monetary concerns moving forward.

Yes, Biagini is a decent reliver. We have like 5-6 hitting FA after this year. This is insurance and might point to us not keeping someone like Rondon or Harris after this season.

I'm happy.

Roll into the playoffs with 2 elite starters and 1 very good starter. We have a deep pen. Peacock and McHugh can likely double up as a combo 4th starter if needed.
