I know you're just trying to be funny but there's a lot of truth in this. Everybody outside of NYY has to have league minimum salary guys on their roster.

White has been terrible in 2019 but there have been stretches in his career where he has been pretty good. We have guys at AAA with potential but I don't believe we have a single hitter down there that has done a thing at the major-league level.

Sure I'd rather see Tucker getting a ABs right now but most of the guys @ AAA (Fisher, SuperJack, Stubbs, Reed until recently and so on) that we bring up if we cut Kemp & White would not do any better and will not do any better than they have in their careers. That doesn't mean White is not sucking, that's just the reality of what's behind him.
