I think it's a huge miss by MLB. It's America's birthday and America's past time should own the day. Every team should be playing and I wouldn't be against a few double headers with firework shows in between.

Seriously with no other sports to compete with July 4th should be baseball overload.

And while I'm on my schedule rant it makes no fckin sense why we have a game the Thursday after the ASG and have The 4th off.

I feel like MLB is horrible at scheduling.
