Running Alvarez out there over and over while he is lost has completely broken his confidence. You have to let him sit at least one game and see if he can gather himself. This is not like George in 2017 who already was an experienced player.

That's the entire team. They haven't hit since the regular season. Never seen anything like this stretch of the past 10 games.


What? It happened all year. We had countless team wide slumps. We were just lucky enough to get the Rangers, Mariners, Orioles, Blue Jays, or Royals afterward which would get our confidence back.

Im oddly ok right now. In fact, I'm kind of pumped JV got us through 7 after that disaster start...that could have been terrible on our own for tomorrow. We also continue to make solid contact here and there but nothing is falling. I just feel we light up tomorrow night.

Its more than 2 outs. Yuli is at .050. Yordan is .053. George is at .190. Bregman is at .200. Robbie is a cool .000. He';s batting Daniel Simpson Day's GPA. We are going home 3-2 batting somewhere between a pile of dog**** and flat out needing a slumpbuster as a team.
