Luhnow flexing on em. He knows they've lost leverage.

Source? I hope it's accurate

If we're not offering Tucker but still have the best offer I wonder who is included?

So we have the best offer on the table while not including Tucker. Makes you realize how ridiculous it is for there even to be discussions about including one of the best prospects in all of baseball for two years of Realmuto.
The Marlins will either have to take market value for him or hold onto him and hope the price goes up during the season. It doesn't sound like any team is willing to meet their demands. Although, all it takes is one.

Jeter doesn't know what the hell hes doing. He had a young core of Stanton, Bour, Ozuna, Realmuto and Yelich to build around and he's traded it all away.
I hope one of the pieces isn't Whitley. My guess is that the our best prospect in the trade would be Yordan Alvarez. I could live with that since Seth Beer could be a similar prospect for us.iBrad said:

Pretty sure they've told teams they aren't trading Whitley for anything.Bobby Jimbo said:I hope one of the pieces isn't Whitley. My guess is that the our best prospect in the trade would be Yordan Alvarez. I could live with that since Seth Beer could be a similar prospect for us.iBrad said:

Wow that is something... Didn't realize how close they actually are:Deluxe said:
One thing that's worth noting here is that Chirinos and Realmuto have roughly the same OPS over the past 3 years.

Depends on who we give upk20dub said:
All this criticism of Realmuto will instantly turn to praise if we really do trade for him.
