A lot of ranger fans I know say that this is a lost year anyway, so we should leave struggling players in the lineup no matter what.

I disagree with that tho. Gallo needs to go down to the minors more than any other player on the team right now.

I agree.

The problem I see with Iapoce is that the numbers (Runs scored) are in his favor.

Rangers are 6th in AL Runs scored.
2017 - 5th
2016 - 4th
2015 - 3rd

The other Odor only played in the Dominican Summer League, AFAIK, and he is much younger than YoMen (3 yrs). YoMen hasn't been in the DoSL since 2012. The other Odor would have been like 14.

I agree.

That's a good point. I didn't know that.

The eye test tells you that Iapoce is doing a terrible job. We strike out way too much, but runs are what matters at the end of the day.

Its a downward lurch, after a slower downward trend, and obviously (many of) the younger guys aren't showing development.
