It was the same last night on MLB Network. Yankees/Indians, Cubs/Nationals, more Yankees/Indians, more Cubs/Nationals, some Dodger/Diamondback updates, then finally some Astros/Red Sox.

Woke up this morning feeling pretty damn good knowing we don't have a game 5 to play.

Still impressed at what actually went down yesterday. Coming back on the best starter and the best closer in the game.

That baseball game yesterday was #2 only to the 18-inning Chris Burke walk-off game as far best games I've watched. The pressure and anxiety hanging on every pitch was incredible. Glad I could watch it all the way through.

This team is special and honestly I like our chances against either NY or CLE. CLE has shown it's beatable and is really in a bad spot after this ALDS and we've shown to match up pretty well with NY. IDGAF who it is...BRING EM ON!!!

He said with the Dodgers clinching last night and them hosting the NLCS then we'll most likely be the early evening slot with them being the late slot.

Look for us to get the 5 or 6 pm slot for games 1&2.

Game 1 on Friday we will be the only game on so it will be 7pm central. Game 2 is on Saturday so whatever time doesn't really matter. Game 3 we are only game on as well so should be 7 as well. Games 4 and 5 we will get screwed with 3pm starts on Tuesday and Wednesday with the NL game being the night game on the east coast.

He gets A LOT of praise from his teammates.

Lance was talking about him during a postgame interview and he was raving about what a great person, teammate, player, and leader he was. Lance admitted he had a rough 2nd half but touched on what an impact McCann has had on getting him through the rough patch and how much it meant to work with him.

Pretty good stuff.

And if you missed it Verlander also stated that this win and this run overall has meant a lot to him in vindicating himself in deciding to leave DET. Said it was really hard but he now sees it was the right decision.
