I seriously would love to see a Nuke-managed team.
100 losses - many of them forfeited for running out of players since he'd plunk every batter anytime there was a perceived wrongdoing to his team. He would only manage 1/3 of the games to the end too because he would need to show how much of a man he is by kicking dirt on the umpire every time there was a borderline call.
Basically, not much actual baseball managing. Think Bannister but worse.
I'd basically be Bobby Cox. Get tossed a bunch, be crotchety, and win some pennants. Ultimately, however I would never win a WS due to incredibly questionable BAS decisions that would get made.
Also, I'd make it cool again to drink and smoke stogies in the dugout.

This makes sense. They let the AL teams begin travelling earlier, and also allow for Game 1 of the NLCS to get the prime time slot plus it's already determined that the Dodgers will host, and it just makes sense for West Coast.
Game 3 has no competition and will be prime time. Game 4 will be determined by results of the remaining division series matchups, but likely to be another 3-4 pm Central start.

On Tuesday and Wednesday next week both the NL and AL are playing so there should be one at 3:00 central and then 7:00.
Midafternoon ALCS games are out of the question, right? Would enjoy getting to watch the whole series this round.

How Judge managed a .270 average in the regular season is a mystery to me. He shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Altuve. That being said, I hope he has a hand in running it off in Cleveland's a$$ tonight.
