Fisher will be going back down. Some of y'all need to realize this isn't a video game. Not gonna paying him 5.5 million to drop him.

Fisher will go back to AAA and continue to get better and he will be back if there's another injury or when rosters expand.

I'm just as high on Fisher as everyone else. His swing looks so natural(reminds me of Josh Hamilton).

I agree. While Fisher is better than Aoki, making the move to drop Aoki would shorten your outfield depth substantially. Aoki is still an average of above average outfielder right now, and dropping those guys just won't happen. Fisher will find another opportunity soon enough.

Aoki is still a huge asset. In the playoffs, you need a guy who can go deep into counts and provide reliable at bats off the bench.

In the end you guys are right, and I do understand not overreacting to Fisher's small sample size.

However, I just hate seeing a guy excel and do what he's asked only to be sent back down.

I totally agree with yal too and the obvious best play is hanging on to Aoki. Awesome for Fisher to get a taste of the show.

I'm so scared we are going to trade Fisher. But sending him down right now is the right move. Aoki isn't great but I agree he's a player you want to hold on to.

Sadly I think we might've seen the last of fisher. That was a great audition week for him to be the main piece or co-main piece in a trade. Would love if we could hold onto him and still get a pitcher.
