The chron fcked it up big time.

They didn't even have any of this even set up until they won and saw a demand for the papers. Only then did someone have the idea to sell them online. This entire thing was slapped together in a matter of hours.

The job of filling the orders and keeping track of it all was handed off to one person on top of their day to day duties and they were completely overwhelmed.

Pretty typical and telling of flailing business.

I ordered mine a while back and still havent gotten them yet. I got a shipment notification on the 16th saying a shipping label has been created but it is still in "Pre-Shipment" stage...

I need these to be here before friday as I wasted to give them as christmas gifts.

3 individual frames, but it could be easily glued together as one or hang closely enough. I don't know how my dad will set it up.

I haven't heard anything. I did see a post on twitter claiming that the box office sent them back a letter saying they were no longer doing it since there were too many requests

I wonder if calling in would do anything. Considering the amount of money that was spent on those tickets, it's not like it's an unreasonable request to get an actual ticket opposed to the tiny print out they hand you at the gate

What color mat...how's the color? How's the quality of the frame?
I believe Super White.

You get what you pay for. It's $55 for a large frame. You go to a framing store or Hobby Lobby and it'll cost a lot more, but it looks fine and not cheap.
