Fister has been exactly what we needed him to be when he signed. A solid, consistent back end rotation guy.

Unfortunately, we didn't expect him to be one of the best pitchers on the staff.

I think 7-3 wouldn't be all that bad. Not trying to argue but that puts you at 15-20 and all of a sudden you are in striking distance of a very average division. The problem facing us going forward is that we need to win the division because it's unlikely the wildcard will come from the west.

Guess it's good to hear he has high expectations for himself and he's not taking this in stride thinking he still deserves the setup role. Seems to be taking it seriously.
