The Rangers are the biggest outlier this season in MLB, and only the Cardinals are close.

So, I get it. Its actually a pretty good indicator and Rangers are defying it.


However,

1) He has an inability to recognize it is still flawed to some degree (in particular, it doesn't well account for depth or lack thereof); and,

2) Who the **** cares, the Rangers consistently get it done.

I like the stat. The stat doesn't deserve the ridicule, really. This guy is just being a blowhard about it.
