Absolutely cannot stand toying around with hitters. 0-2 count? Sure throw a waste pitch. But when you have a fastball that hits 98 mph, you better blast that ****er in there on the next pitch

JD might need to find the next Dyson and Diekman that all over again. I would not mind 2 more consistent bullpen arms.... Maybe Wilhelmsen has stopped totally sucking. Gotta at least see what he can give you.

Dyson, Diekman and Bush can be legit weapons out of the bullpen but we're going to run them ragged with this usage pace they're on right now.

Dyson is on a rate for 83 appearances. Melancon led all closers last year with 78. A few are on the 70's, but many dont crack 70

I'm going to chalk it up to them (Diekman & Dyson) not fully mentally into it. Especially when they went through 7 up by 5 runs. They were probably thinking we have an off day today. Then Barnette crapped the bed and put Diekman and Dyson in a game that they might not have mentally been in.
