At MMP. As soon as it hit the kid the dad picked him up and sprinted up the stairs. I'm in 416, so couldn't see details, but from the reactions of the people around them, it didn't look good. Ushers came back a little later and got the other two boys that were with the group. Hope he's ok.

Maybe someone saw it and can shed some light on it... But how old was the kid? I'm not a fan of little kids sitting that close.. What was the parent doing? Anyways, hope the kid is okay.

When will the MLB start requiring ballparks to put nets up along the entire length of the foul lines? Way too dangerous not to have done this a long time ago.

I went to a game in San Antonio during the preseason that had netting all the way down to the foul poles. It was miserable. You could barely see anything if you were sitting close because the netting was so heavy. I wouldn't be a fan of MLB adopted it in every park.

People just need to realize how dangerous it is and pay attention. Parents need to keep their eye on the action. Sitting in our seats I've seen too many parents with kids have nachos in one hand and beer in the other. On a hard hit there wouldn't be much they could do.
