Roger had some interesting things to say today at camp.

No, he said when the guys hit it back at him around 100 or 110 mph. Doesn't seem to have much confidence in his stuff.

I think what Clemens was referring to was that anybody can stand on the mound and toss it at a hitter. How you react when someone laces one back at your ear is another issue. Tracy didn't like contact on the basketball court, he most certainly won't like the idea of someone hitting a hanging slider back at his dome.

Harrell is a joke.

They shoulda given it to Appel just to make statement that they're not afraid to move this kid along. He'll be the ace of the rotation in 1/2 years anyways.

If Harrell can rebound, he'll be a solid addition to the rotation. 2 years ago, he was a solid starter and can really get the ground balls. Last year, he was a waste of air. Hopefully, he'll come back to form.

He's got good stuff, no doubt...especially his 2-seamer, but after almost 400 IPs he's averaging 10 hits and 4.4 walks per nine innings.

I'd be fine if he was a #4 or #5.

I can usually get about 10% lower than what it says the typical discount is. But I will try out lower just to see.

The little chance bar that indicates the likelihood of them accepting your bid is usually pretty accurate. Try to get it in the green and see what happens.
