If I am being completely honest, I remember going to ST with the "hopes" that Rick Helling could put it totgether and ANCHOR the rotation with 200+ innings and a 4.50 ERA. Hell, I remember being EXCITED when Rick Helling was on the mound because he gave us the best chance to keep the team in it with only ~5 ERs allowed!!!

Was JD already on with Norm and, if so, did he say anything interesting?
