What an abysmal series.

I was at the game on Saturday. Q "seemed" unlucky with all the hits on the ground through the infield and then the Happ bad ring up.

My son got a foul ball though...so that was nice.

If you can't win a series against the Reds at home in September, do you really deserve to make the postseason? Can't believe Cincy won season series 11-8. Total crap.

I think playoffs or not, Joe is done and we are looking at the first "tank to rebuild to tank" team.

You really expect a team with Rizzo, Baez, Bryant, Contreras, Hendricks, Q, etc to tank? Or are you suggesting that we trade/not re-sign these guys?

This. I expect them to run it back next year, but I am anticipating a decline in wins from here on out. I also don't expect Bryant to resign. Pitching will continue to deteriorate.

I love some of the pieces they have (javy, contreras). I just don't think it will be enough to contend with what's going downhill currently. I don't see a fix for what's going downhill.
