Sooooo about that throwaway game….
This team doesn't quit.
I would have played Carter Bryant 40 minutes.
Julian said he's gonna take control.

This team is too young to understand they weren't supposed to care about losing.

Instead of blowing out the Clippers, we intentionally went down by 25 to pressure-test this young core on a back-to-back.

If Carter can give us 25 minutes of how he played in the fourth we are gonna be firing up the barges in June.

Barnes is still a smart player and our 3rd best shooter this year. In Feb, he shot 47/42 and was +18 per 100 possessions.
At 38%, he's just a hair under Julian and Devin, but both Julian and Devin are really streaky (as are Wemby and Keldon.) We don't really have the shooters to bench our 3rd best.
I think we all agree JuJu deserves more minutes and Bryant deserves some, but I don't think Bryant is completely there yet, despite the amazing plays and motor he has.
