Jalen Green goaded the THunder into double teaming him after Sengun won that tip, knowing full well that Van Vleet was set up for the deep three for his favorite spot that made it 113-110. Great use of himself as a distraction.

Udoka should have left a blank check addressed to the NBA with that statement for the fine. Good for him, though. That was the expected win at the beginning of a road trip that takes you to Golden State tomorrow then at the Clippers, then back home for Golden State next week. A tough one to lose.

The loss notwithstanding, they are up to #4 in the ESPN power rankings. Not bad considering the started the year 19th.

Udoka, Eason, and Sengun all fined by the league today. Udoka $50,000, Eason $35,000, and Sengun $15,000. Sengun getting fined $15k on his new deal is like one of us getting fined $3.

Best news of the day - Curry is out with an injury. Should make it a very winnable game against a team you would expect to be in the mix for the top 4 seeds when healthy.

If my math is right, the Rockets have lost 13 straight regular season games to Golden State, including a 133-110 **** kicking last April.

Last regular season win was a few weeks before COVID in 2020, 135-105. That game featured the Rockets dream starting 5 of Harden, Westbrook, PJ Tucker, Robert Covington, and Danuel House Jr. Curry was also hurt for tha tgame.
