Jokic had 19 rebounds and 11 assists after only 3 quarters. Also 12 points after 3 quarters for the triple double. But what an interesting combo of size and skill set.

So which scenario would be more delicious at this point?

Nuggets beat the Lakers, wiping out both of LA's golden child teams

or

Lakers make the Finals and LeBron loses to the Heat.

LeBron losing to Heat. Add another finals lost to the "Great One". Further tarnish the comparison against Jordan.

Plus how beautiful would it be if Bam Adebayo could stuff LeBron, denying him a championship?

3-1 collapse couldn't have happened to a more deserving team.

I'm just happy the team with the BABB lost.

Yes, it will cement LeBron's legacy as the greatest loser in NBA finals history. Who else has lost the finals for three different teams?

There he is. Remember when you made fun of Lebron for dropping game 1 to the Blazers and said he didn't have those Eastern conference cupcakes anymore?

Its almost exhausting how Lebron haters are constantly hedging to diminish his legacy. He hasn't even won a championship this season and its started

I was curious, so I looked it up. Danny Ainge lost in the finals with the Celtics, Blazers, and Suns. Sam Perkins lost with the Lakers, Sonics, and Pacers. Kendrick Perkins with the Celtics, Thunder, and Cavs. That's all, as far as I can tell.

A Nuggets/Heat matchup would be a ratings nightmare for the NBA.

I think the opposite. NBA ratings are already down compared to previous years and I know people are generally getting sick of LeBron's virtue signaling and threats. Heat v Nuggets may be a refreshing matchup for the league. Do people really want to see another Celtics Lakers final?

It's not many coaches that can claim that they've blown a 3-1 series lead under the last three presidents.

I understand your point, but I think the people that already aren't watching aren't going to suddenly change their stance in the next two weeks. So they're already gone. The league is built on its star players and brand names. Jimmy Butler and relatively unknown players vs. Nikola Jokic and relatively unknown players isn't going to move the needle much, in my opinion. I think we would see Spurs/Nets or Spurs/Cavs level ratings.

Look up how many championships the city of Cleveland has

Looks like 11, between the NFL, MLB, and NBA. Or 1 if the world began in 1964.

Most people believe that he is a great player and will go down in history as one of the best.

I think people hate him because he just comes off as a fake like his hairline.

His game is beyond reproach. He also came up hard as a little kid and has used his fame and money to do a lot for kids and charity. That in and of itself makes him a great American success story.

I think Lebron rubs people the wrong way because he's been the most important person in the room since ESPN started broadcasting his high school games. It was evident in "The Decision", and it's been evident with how his company Uninterrupted has handled itself ("taco tuesday", "shot talk", etc.).

But as Kanye said, "It's hard to be humble when you're stuntin on a jumbotron."

I used to really dislike him, but that was mostly jealousy after the Mavs lost the 2006 season. Now I just kind of roll my eyes at him sometimes. All of that pales compared to how I still marvel at what he is doing on the court, with the miles he has on him, at the age he is.

Reggie Miller and the other commentator are talking about how bad a beating jokic is getting....

I agree but if that's true why is he the only one in foul trouble?

Sometimes I hate how crooked the league is.
