I'm in. Don't think we have a chance to win it all. But should still be fun.
As a non Rocket fan, I disagree.
The warriors have best chance, obviously, but Rockets are clear #2.
Followed by Celtics.

Maybe, but I'm not really impressed with Chriss. He doesn't have great fundamentals and seems real lazy and dumb.mAgnoliAg said:
If we don't trade Chriss, he's definitely ahead of Hartenstein

He has plenty of talent and potential but has zero basketball IQ, poor work ethic, and had a bad attitude in Phoenix. Hopefully that will change but if not he can be traded pretty easily.AG@RICE said:Maybe, but I'm not really impressed with Chriss. Here at the game tonight and they played a Luis Scola tribute video. Didn't know he was playing for Shanghai. Teamed up with Jimmer Fredette. Looks like he's in good shape.
I think his NBA career just died. Looks like he obliterated his knee. The kid was already a string bean who looked too stiff...I doubt a shredded knee will help.WES2006AG said:
Say Zhou leave on a wheelchair. Hope he is ok.
Pretty much. Somebody mentioned a couple pages ago that this was all just for show and I am beginning to believe it. They are making it look like an honest effort to trade Butler when Thibs has no intention of doing so.WES2006AG said:
At this point I don't think the Wolves would take anything we offered. They just don't want to give up Butler. It is probably what will eventually get Thibs fired.
Man, I said the same thing. He actually looked like he was in pretty good shape for a 38 year old with so many logged minutes. Took a while to recognize him with the new haircut. Not as pudgy as he once was either. Got a pretty warm reception.k20dub said:CFTXAG10 said:

Just looked it up. Scola is 38. I would've guessed older.

Rockets must be having trouble selling out opening night. I have gotten several emails and text offering cheap upper bowl tickets. Have to imagine an Astros home game has something to do with this.
Agreed, most people don't even know that the NBA exists until after January 1.Farmer1906 said:WES2006AG said:

That and it's basketball in mid October.
That thing is pretty cool but it is only for the first 3,000 fans. Certainly not going to stand in line 3 hours before tip off for it.CFTXAG10 said:
I want that Harden MVP bobblehead though
Yea, definitely not doing that.WES2006AG said:That thing is pretty cool but it is only for the first 3,000 fans. Certainly not going to stand in line 3 hours before tip off for it.CFTXAG10 said:

Landry's would be a step up from a third tier phone companyk20dub said:
Should've just thrown Landry's on there and called it a day.
