Well, Terry dropped off the face of the planet... I know the Celtics weren't supposed to make it this far with the injuries, but I'm just pissed off after that performance.

Unbelievably poor performance by the Celtics. Both of these teams would have been swept by the rockets/warriors, regardless. Gonna be an uneventful finals once again. The east needs Lebron to go to the 76ers for their own sake.

Aside from the Wiggins trade, which I thought at the time and still think was a bad idea, it's widely believed that James got a max contract for Tristan Thompson, forced Blatt out, and picked non-entity Tyronn Lue as the replacement. The trade with the Celtics was pretty awful, too, but aside from specific instances people assume that James has a lot of influence over the roster so any complaints kind of have to go back to him.

That said, I actually really like the roster as constructed, I'm just not sure they had the time or the coach to gel this year.

He forced Blatt out mid-season and then won the Finals with Lue at the end of the year against arguably the best team in league history. It's hard to argue against those results.

NBA is a joke

Did yall see the walk to the back room? LeBron barely gets out a hand clap for Gilbert while he bear hugs Lue.

Lue often has to play the fool but LBJ wanted him coaching there over Blatt for a reason. And I'm no big fan of Lue.

Also, successfully coaching a LeBron team has to be one of the most challenging things to do. You have to check so much of what makes a coach a coach at the door.

LeBron also had one of, if not the, greatest finals performances of all time in that series. It wasn't virtuoso coaching that won that series.
