Sacramento is starting to look like a pretty decent team on paper....

1) Not surprised. The Celtics are a great team and remember that Hayward played for Stevens in college.
2) Very small sample size, but Tatum has looked great in summer league. Adding Hayward and Tatum to a 53 win is going to make the Celtics really good. This might finally be the year for somebody in the East to dethrone the LeBrons.
3) For all their supposed free agent strike-outs, Boston looks like a 60 win team, a contender for the East's Finals' berth, and a red hot FA destination next year (can the Celtics put a shiv in the rival Lakers' back and steal Paul George??).

I watched next to no Pacers games, but his numbers really fell off last year.

Only time I watched them all year was against the Cavs in round one...do not remember anything notable out of him.

Celts reportedly shopping crowder, smart and Bradley in order to make room for Hayward. Sounds like they don't plan to extend them so better get something of value while you can.

From what I understand, they need to move one of the three (in addition to not signing KO). They will shop all three and then decide which one to trade based on what they bring. As a C's fan I hope they move AB. Moving on from Crowdah makes sense but I like that guy. I really hope they keep Smart - I like what he brings to the team.

Thunder resign Andre Roberson 3 years, 30 million

Less than the extension he rejected earlier in the year. Guy is straight trash on the offensive end but is an elite defender. The addition of George moves him back to SG and can focus on cutting to the basket more this next season. The addition of Patterson as the starting 4 now also greatly improves the floor spacing. Should open some things back up for Adams as well.
