Mike Brown gets no credit. He's a bad coach who lucked into taking the reins of one of the greatest rosters ever against depleted or deficient competition.

I still think Kyle Anderson should hit up Whataburger twice a day over the summer and become Boris Diaw 2.0. He's crafty around the bucket, long, an excellent passer, and can be sneaky to get by people. He's just too slow to be purely a perimeter player.

Mark Jackson is just trying to set the bar for good coaching much lower. It's in his best interests.

The problem is that Diaw was actually extremely athletic when he was younger, so he was still deceptively quick even at his heavier weight and with nearly 20 years of professional basketball experience. Anderson is already the slowest guy on any NBA court.

Still would be better than what he is now. Bulk up and bully those small ball lineups down low.

I'll say this, other than Aldridge they aren't giving up.

Early in the playoffs I started to feel like I was being too hard on him, but he has continued to do exactly what you would expect from someone who is mailing it in.

It's s little odd to hope someone is hurt because the alternative is so embarrassing for the player, but here we all seem to be.

Tough series, needless to say even.

I wonder what the Spurs +- is tonight for when Aldridge has sat.

I'm really glad we got a Manu chant and a big round of cheers. Hopefully he comes back, but if not at least he got to go out playing at a high level.

Love Manu. This sucks if it is his last game. Side note, why the F are some of the starters still in for GS up 18 with 2 minutes left?

Damn. Ginobili. I know there's always been Duncan and Parker, but Manu has always been my favorite Spurs player. Always played with grit and never backed away from being the guy to make the ballsy play in big moments.

Brutal playoff run once Parker went down, but a solid season all things considered. Spurs ended up finishing about where most thought their ceiling was so it's hard to be too disappointed, especially since GSW stacked the deck with Durant. I would have loved to see a full strength Spurs team give them all they wanted though. Spurs would have had a punchers chance.

Time to get CP3 on the line, figure out what to do with Parker, move at least one if not both of Gasol or Aldridge (for a box of rocks) and not overpay for Dedmon, Mills or Simmons and most importantly convince Manu to come back for one more year! Should be an interesting offseason.
