Kawhi Leonard DPOY again

Putting opposing scorers on the Kawhiian Island all year long!
Looking at the list of all the DPOYs, it's even more impressive that Leonard has won it twice now. Nearly all of them are forwards/centers. Leonard is listed as a forward, but he's more of a guard anyway. I still can't believe Timmy never won it.

I think there should always be a follow up vote on these awards to kick out certain voters who, for whatever reason, demonstrate dumb-assery in their voting.
Kawhi and Draymond deserved to be on every ballot.
If you want to put Jimmy Butler on instead of Draymond, fine, but you don't vote for another 5 years.
Trevor Ariza, but no Kawhi...what? Bill Worrell, take the next decade off.

Bill Worrell is garbage. He does the PBP for the Rockets on their cable games and yeah, no shock he left Kawhi off but managed to get Trevor Ariza on. Worrell sucks. I bet he's one of those types who leaves bible verses on fake dollar bills as tips.

Four people had Kawhi in 3rd place. Everyone else was 1st or 2nd.
Orland Magic writer John Denton had Avery Bradley 2nd over Kawhi.
Memphis Grizzlies radio guy Eric Hasseltine had Whitside 2nd over Kawhi.
Miami's play by play guy, Eric Reed, put Whiteside 1st over Dray and Kawhi.
Sam Smith of the Bulls put Tony Allen 2nd over Kawhi.
Worrell's also 1 of 2 people with Unibrow on his ballot.
if I was a conspiracy guy, I'd say he was putting other people he knew wouldn't get votes just to hold down point totals.

Davis is a great defender, but he missed 20 games and his blocks were down by 1/3rd. It was definitely a n off year for him.

agree, and it's telling that nobody from the New Orleans market voted for him on their ballot. I totally get when homers do that and I'm cool with it but the fact that the only votes for him came from Worrell and some dude from Canada is telling.

My personal favorite Kawhi gif is the one where, on a 2 on 1 fast break in the closing seconds of a tight WCF game, he forces Durant to pass to Westbrook and then pivots and cleanly swipes the ball from Westbrook's hands to all but seal the game.

I feel like Kawhi is an upgraded version of Trix. Both could D up just about anyone on the floor, but Kawhi is the superior offensive player.
