He's going to lose, but that doesn't change that he's the best player in basketball right now. He plays Kawhi Leonard-level D, is fast + explosive enough to lead a fast break or break someone's ankle going to the rim but can post up and overpower anybody, is a fantastic passer (and knows when to pass), and has range. I mean his combination of skills is inhuman.
If I were starting a franchise today, I'd probably take Anthony Davis because LeBron has played something like 18 million minutes over his career and he's got to come down to earth in the next season or 3, but if I'm picking a player for this season or next, it's LeBron.
