No idea, but after watching maybe five minutes of basketball since the Spurs got bounced, I'll watch every second of that series.

Conflicted on who to root for. On the one hand Cleveland hasn't had a championship in forever and that city could use one. Lebron winning would help his cause in the historical rankings.

On the other hand I like Curry and the Warriors are fun to watch.

So I think Warriors.

I kind of wonder if James plans to prove to everyone who the real MVP is. He just averaged something like 28-11-10 in a dominating sweep of the eastern one-seed. Green/Iguodala is as good a 1-2 to throw at him as there is, but he's still the best basketball player. I've never looked forward to a non-Spurs series this much.

Cavs

James is going to steam roll Green. Will be curious to see how Kyrie is doing. Making Steph work on defense could go a long ways to evening out the series.

I find it interesting that Curry has a chance to steamroll through the 4 other teams with guys on the all NBA team. I can't imagine that has ever been done.

I'm going for the Warriors. I just hope Draymond Green gets ejected in the first quarter of every game so I don't have to see him on the floor anymore

Hakeem in 95 had everyone but Scottie Pippen.

Malone/Stockton, Robinson, Penny. Plus Shaq and Chuck from 2nd team for good measure.

The Cavs have never won a Finals game. No sense in them starting now.

Go Warriors.

Rooting for warriors. Should be a good series.

Warriors have the better team by a good margin, but LeBron is the best player. Cavs will need Irving to be close to 100% effective to win, even if LeBron is putting up near triple-doubles again, which will be more difficult against the Warriors defense.

Cavs win in convincing fashion.

I think the Warriors win in 5 or 6. They are the far superior team. James getting this bunch to the finals has been so impressive though, especially with the injuries.

I'll be happy with either team winning, but would like to see Lebron get a ring for Cleveland.

If both teams were at full strength I'd think the Cavs could pull it off in 6. With Love out and Irving injured I'll go with Warriors in 6.

Neither franchise has won an NBA title in forever so will be a good fan story either way.

I like Curry a bit more than LeBron, maybe partly because he is a normal size human being that I can actually physically relate with

LeBron is special, but after watching the Warriors, I think it is similar to last year.
The best player on the floor is defeated by the best team...convincingly.

I think the Cavs win in 7.

Prediction:
-First two games split @ the Warriors house
-Next two games split in Cleveland
-Cleveland squeaks out a close win in game 5 on the road
-Cleveland wins the NBA finals at home in 6

How annoying is it that we have to wait another three days to get this sh*t started?

I hate that the NBA schedules their Finals in advance so now everyone's just twiddling their thumbs. All momentum and excitement is lost.

I know it'll still be a great series and will garner a lot of interest, but this lag time is stupid.

I heard the argument of "it's good, because now Thompson and Irving can get healthy, and wouldn't you rather have the teams healthy so we can see them at their best?"

I guess I get some people saying that, but I don't agree with it. Part of the playoff grind is exactly that, the grind. 8 days is ridiculous. It's not like Kevin Love is going to come back for Cleveland, so the whole "rather see them healthy" **** is bogus.

Everyone who is banged up got 8 days to get some of the top medical treatment in the world to prepare them for the finals. Not a fan.
