Just got back couple thoughts from the game
OKC's arena is pretty decent the fans are what make it great.
They really do a great job of coordinating chants and making noise.
Massive dunk by Prince.
Almost blew the lead at the end. I was extremely nervous.
Was Durant off, or was he off because of the defense?
Doesn't matter onto the conference finals.

Trevas, I think it was a combination of both. Every time he got the ball, at some point he had a couple guys buzzing around him and he was forced into some difficult shots. However, we've seen him make those kind of plays before and last night he was not only off but way off at times. Missed 4 FTs as well. The last shot, he gave Tony a pretty nice juke move and had what amounted to as wide open a look as you are going to get at that point and I think rushed the shot and missed it. Worst game I've seen from him.

Just a few minutes into the game it was pretty obvious he looked like a beaten frustrated player and I think it carried over all game.

I think it was the accumulation of things. I think it would be fine if he played point at times, or covered gasol at times, but he was to do bothfor big chunks at a time.

Combine that with a rotation of 3 fresh guys always guarding him and a pretty predictable offense and it just became too much

All good points on Durant, but there was no excuse for the body language. That's the kind of crap that's Westbrook's 10% (re: an old Simmons article on him) that makes you cringe with him.

Good luck the rest of the way Grizz

When he missed his first few shots in the 1st quarter I was like what is going on here? I then thought if KD shoots this poorly Memphis has a shot.

Pahdz (and Thunder fans),

What do you see the Thunder doing this offseason? Martin comes off books, but basically Ibaka's pay step up eat up that salary.

I'm not seeing them changing a whole lot. WIll they bring Martin back?

I do see Jackson getting more minutes so they can play westbrook longer minutes, with some of those minutes at the SG.

Two things I hear talked about the most:

1. A reliable knock down outside shooter. I keep hearing Kyle Korver mentioned by talking heads, but who knows. They'll expect Jeremy Lamb to step up.

2. They have GOT to get a center with a.) reliable hands and b.) hands not covered in lotion before a game. I would love to have a poor man's Omer Asik if he's out there.

Something a friend and I were talking about this morning. People always talk about the Green/Perkins trade, and how we were building to stop a Bynum led Lakers team. Well, many forget about the nixed Tyson Chandler deal the year prior (2009). We were about to steal him for Joe Smith and Chris Wilcox, but a failed physical but the brakes on it. What an unreal chain of events that would have changed in NBA history. Dallas most likely never wins their title, we probably keep Jeff Green (maybe). Hell we might not even draft Harden (or Cole Aldrich...thank God).

Great point on Chandler trade.

Saw this:
Kendrick Perkins finished the 2013 NBA Playoffs with a PER of -0.7, which is the worst on record for a player with 200 or more minutes.

Perkins had 24 turnovers, 24 points, 39 fouls, five blocks and a plus/minus of -40 in the playoffs.
