I get the feeling he's the only guy that can interview Artest like that.

The game has passed Kobe by. He scores and that's it, and cant do that in the clutch. He is done. Lakers are done.

The Lakers are now 1-8 in 2nd round playoff games with both Jackson and Brown.

Not sure why people in media are putting blame on Mike Brown's offensive system. They had a less talented team this year, and did as well or better in the playoffs than last year.

They really needed to back the camera out a little, it was unsettling having it that close. Artest has the crazy eyes.

You're right though, other than the weird smiles (probably less weird if the camera hadn't been so close in) that was a great interview by Artest. He did a good job of saying the right things and gave a thorough analysis of the situation. He might be brighter than people give him credit for. Of course, comparison to what you are afraid will happen (Artest takes offense at a question at an emotional time with cameras and microphones in his face and starts swinging) may have made it seem better.
