No one can match up with Love

Was at the game last night, Love wasn't the problem it was some no-name guy "Pekovic." Our D made him look like an all-star. Dalembert & Hill didnt have much of a low post presence last night either.

Okay obviously K-Love had an impact on the game with those numbers but come on, 30 points 12 boards and 3 steals from "Nikola Pekovic"....unacceptable....

Is there a player in the NBA who is more inconsistent than Kevin Martin? The guy can score 30 points in any given night, but he can also score 5 points a game and shoot 1-15 from the field.

Add in the fact that he simply does not know how to play defense, I think Morey should start looking for potential trades for K-Mart and hand the SG spot over to Courtney Lee. The pros don't outweigh the cons IMO

This team is actually pretty fun to watch. They play pretty good defense, and everyone seems to play hard. Also have a lot of length on the court that shoot the ball well from the outside with parsons and buddinger. Another good win today against the Jazz.

I really think we should move Martin while we can still obtain some decent picks or pieces for him. There has got to be a solid team out there that needs another scorer or a spot up jump shooter in their minds to advance deeper into the playoffs. If we can find someone that fits that profile I would think we could get decent return.

Been saying this for two years. This was the one and only reason I was pumped about the New Orleans/Laker trade. That and PPatt could finally start at PF

Could be, but most likely has to do with Jordan Hill being out for a bit.

Yea, McHale probably needed an extra body. They are saying J-Hill will be out for about 2 weeks.

Morris's numbers look pretty solid in the D-League. I think he has a lot of potential.

This guy Greg Smith looks straight up disheveled. Must be rough down there in the D League.

I'm not really sure why Greg Smith is getting decent playing time and Marcus Morris is riding the bench. I want our 1st round pick on the court to see what he can do. He can't do much worse than Smith can he? I mean, Smith played 12 minutes last night and the only stats he recorded was 5 fouls.

And given the fact that McHale seems to have no problem going with a small lineup on occasion, I don't see why Morris can't slide into the 4 and play Scola's position

I think McHale is as stubborn with Morris as him and Adelman were with T-Will.

When they drafted Morris everyone groaned that he was undersized for a four. They came out and said they think he is a three not a four and they want to groom him for that position. They now seem completely unwilling to try him at the four. Instead, they send him to the D-league so he can learn how to properly defend NBA SFs.

I really wanted Leonard at that pick. They drafted Morris because of his potential as a scorer, but they ended up benching him for a defensive player anyways. I think Morey really botched that pick.

Agreed. That pick came with zero expectations. Morey three years ago > Morey today.

Morey is convinced he is billy beane. Problem is, billy never won a title.

Should be a good game tonight against the Sixers

This game should be tougher than some would think. I think Houston should win, but Jru Holliday (spelling?) is a young and talented PG and Iggy has torched the Rockets before. If we lay an egg tonight I wouldn't expect to win.

I hope we come ready to play. It would be nice to enter the All Star Break on a winning note

Anyone making the hour and a half trip to College Station on Wednesdays should probably just stop and get over to the Toyota Center instead! Its a much better product. And the home team almost always wins.
