Pot 1 we got PSG (away) and Dortmund (home)
Pot 2 we got Frankfurt (away) and Villareal (home)
Pot 3 we got Slavia Prague (home) and Bodo/Glimt (away)
Pot 4 we got Copenhagen (home) and Monaco (away)

We avoided both Bayern Munich and Leverkusen from Germany
We one got one Spanish team and avoided the top 3 Barca and both Madrid teams
We got no Italian teams including Inter Milan

Somehow those Italian and Spanish teams always seem to be our downfall.

We also recently played PSG (and won) and we played both Frankfurt and Bodo/Glimt home/away last year in Europa League so we know their venues. And those are better road trips than say Azerbaijan or Kazakhstan or Turkey.

Monaco and Coppenhagen are probably the two best teams in Pot 4 but still not bad.

As an RBL fan, I've been following this all summer. If Simons holds out for Chelsea, then he's probably gonna screw himself and end up stuck at Leipzig again this fall. Chelsea have been pushing for bad swap deals all summer, and I think Leipzig are done with their games.

A month ago, they were holding Simons out of preseason friendlies as if a deal with Chelsea was imminent, but then abruptly they inserted him back in the squad for the first cup game and said unless something changes he's gonna stay here.

Some are speculating that this is merely posturing to get Chelsea to finally put up a real offer, but I think it's a legit move on their part to find a UCL club for Simons to go to (Leipzig missing out this year is why he wants to leave). He's extremely talented already and has loads of potential, but I will say this… he's the kind of guy who could be a locker room cancer if he's not happy. So I think they want to give Chelsea the bird and find a good deal for him elsewhere. By all counts, they're accepting a cheaper price than they really want to get.

I was mostly being facetious - but meant Top 5 All-Time and our supposed rivals - in other words MU, MC, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea

I knew we had the one 4-0 stomping of MC, other than that we had 2 against MU but they were way down last year.

Not to diminish the achievement too much but most were not big games against the EPL Top 5.

Rough first half so far. No shots through 40 minutes.

Definitely not our best 1st half this season… need to match Bournemouth's energy in the 2nd.

I've never known the Spurs without Levy as I started following them around 06.

Levy did some pretty great things but have to view this as a positive. Hopefully we are getting some more investment and will have someone come in less shrewd in business matters.

Had a pretty decent run with the resources he was given compared to other top clubs. Of the big 6 it seams his success was measured by finish above some of them. He had 6th place resources and punched over his weight class a fair amount
He will most likely has and will continue to bear the brunt of the criticism for not having enough ambition and maybe that's true but also it's tough to tell considering we don't operate in the same marketplace as the true contenders and never have.

Qualified for Champs league 7 times
Qualified for Europa 8 times
Runners up in premier league once
Played in 7 Comp finals
Champions league runner up in 19

It's not a lot of hardware but definitely has been mostly a fun ride over the last 15 years since I've been a fan.
