I do not want to see old man Ream any more. He is still our best option, but he will be too old in 2026, so time to start sorting out who the next guy is. Thanks for the great work Tim, but time for the next guy.
I would also like to see someone other than Turner get a full game. If Gaga is going to be the guy, let's get him in there.
Even split for Pepi and Balogun. I don't care who starts, just don't put one guy in for 10 minutes. Let them get into the flow of the game.
I would like to see more of Johnny. He had one lazy play on defense that cost us a goal, but otherwise, he did ok. I didn't see much creativity, but nobody did against colombia.
Let JiHaji Wright play over CP10. We don't need CP10 getting hurt and we aren't going to beat Brazil.

I think I am at the point where I agree with this. He was a great shot stopper for a year or two there, but he is just not in good form right now. Believe we have some young up and comers, but not sure if any are ready yet.

I would be surprised if Berhalter changed goalies right before a critical tournament, but given that Horvath was 1st choice for entire 2nd half of the season and Turner hasn't been a regular starter since January, the idea holds some merit.

For 2026, hopefully Slonina continues developing and getting playing time. Would only be 22 but could be an option if he has developed further and is playing at a relatively competitive level in Europe. Schulte could be an interesting option as well. Would be 25 and theoretically more experienced but I think fans would riot if he's still playing in MLS and chosen as #1 for the USMNT.

Streaming on HBO Max as well. Not sure why that option doesn't appear on most listings still.

Fotmob has been known to miss things.

A lot of outlets do I've noticed. Maybe because Max is really just streaming the TNT/TBS/truTV feed? IDK.

After watching Brazil in person at Kyle, I expect a mixed thoughts after the US match. Yes the game ended 3-2, which was much better than many Mexican fans expected, but it was obvious Brazil was capable of scoring any time they wanted, and basically did.

Have you ever been part of a game where the other team seems to be playing with an extra man due to their spacing, speed, and technique? Brazil was that team. I'm not sure the US has the capability or players to challenge but I wouldn't be surprised to see Brazil sit back and absorb pressure and hit us on the counter with much more speed and power. The US may look like its in 'control' for long stretches but its a rouse.

I once reffed a girls HS game where the defense played 6-3-1 and the 6-3 was almost 9 all just in the penalty area and the 1 stood at halfway try to to keep someone honest.

It worked for about 25 minutes. Then the inevitable goal happened and they tried to play real soccer to get it back. Next you know it's 5-0.
