That was an awesome experience!
Definitely different from a football game at Kyle, but in a good, fun way. Everyone was there to have a good time for the most part and it was a great atmosphere to join in on.

My family had a great time at Kyle. Fans were great.
Agree with everyone saying it was a great experience. I kind of expected a crowd of mostly casual soccer fans just looking for something fun to do. There were pretty hardcore Brazil and Mexico fans there. My son, who looks white as can be, was cheering for Mexico and some Mexicans in the row behind us kind of took him in and started high fiving him on the good plays.
That was the most fun at kyle I've had since 2002.
That experience was far superior to any college football game I've been to in new Kyle. I think it was the fact the game didn't stop for hours of advertisements.

I went to school in the RGV and saw a guy get detention because he called his teacher "pinche".
I thought it was funny that after the stoppage for the chant anytime they had the opportunity to start it again the mariachi band or Dj would be blasted over the speaker.
The guy who said that at my school didn't even get in trouble lol just another day at school as usual
I so wish football would learn from this and just play commercials during the game. Mute the darn announcers which most are annoying anyway.

that was a trashy bunch. Never saw as much garbage left on the side of the road after a football game. The corner lot at Wellborn and Jersey (Southeast corner) was disgusting.

I didn't see any trash cans put out around Reed. Not,sure,why they didn't do that. That corner in that pic is Aggieland outfitters corner I think. I'm not,sure I've seen people tailgate there for football
That was my dad's first professional soccer game. He's had football season tickets since 1976. Said last night might have been the most fun he's ever had at Kyle. Great experience and family time with my brother and him there

There were, but mostly in Spanish and Portuguese. Only a handful of English-language media there, compared to dozens covering Mexico and Brazil.
