No idea on the incident you're referring to in Dallas so couldn't tell you, though those teams haven't liked each other for a while. I will say we've gotten some pretty bad officiating recently.

Ref had a really hard time managing the Pumas match, the first caution he gave Bukari was for a foul with minimal contact that wasn't anywhere near a caution (commentators said the same). Stupid of the player to not rein it in after that though, second foul was a yellow a few minutes later and he got himself sent off.

During the Dallas game there were two incidents of taunting by FCD players. One of them got smacked by an Austin player. Led to a red card on Austin and a lot of players getting in each other's faces. Thought it was gonna be a hockey fight for a minute.

I honestly thought that was a pretty weak ejection, didn't look like he was actually trying to hit anyone and the Dallas player made a meal of it. Should have just been cautions all around.

They looked at it on VAR and corrected the mistaken identity. Stuck with the red. Violence on the field, not even during a play...yeah that's an ejection 10 out of 10 times.

Violence on the field...his hand brushed the face of the opposing player while he was trying to pull his own guy back. It was weak.

Not a surprise. Needed a change. Looking more and more like the '22 season was a total fluke.

Apparently in the presser yesterday he said there were over 25 coaches from around the world that had called to inquire about the job, some names we wouldn't believe. Super intrigued to see who we hire.
