"Austin FC announced today that defender Julio Cascante has been diagnosed with a severe left adductor strain sustained in the team's season-opening match against St. Louis CITY SC. The injury will not require a surgical operation.

Cascante underwent a scan of the injured area on Sunday and began the rehabilitation process at St. David's Performance Center on Tuesday. He will be re-evaluated in eight (8) weeks."

Dani has really turned himself into a good little player.

Rigoni is so close but can't close the deal.

I liked Ring in the back and I REALLY liked #15 back there.

Lots of creativity in first half....looked like Driussi ran out of gas about 60 min....Maxi brought great energy off the bench.

Amazing how much more fun this offense is to watch than 2 years ago

Only got to see about about a 1/3 of the match. But we look much better with Urruti in place of Zardes. I don't know if Zardes just doesn't fit or if Father Time has taken over. But he has not provided much in the first 2 games.

Big W. Had to get the stank of last game off our backs.

Rigoni has to do better in the final third. Zero panic in Vaisanen. Love Gallagher so much, he is a diffeeence-maker on the left. Kolmanic a non-factor on offense and liability on defense.
Agree that Ring to CB looks like the move so far.

I was not a fan of his when he was with the national team but he could run.

I think he's uaving to adapt his game. I thought he worked hard last night but he got run over constantly when he was holding the ball up....some drew penalties some didn't.

Maxi needs to start. Finley needs to come in around 60 every game. Keep Ring at CB till Cascante is back. Lima needs to start over Zan.

I am looking forward to watching some of the younger guys play on Tuesday.

He had one nice run and pass but he just doesn't seem to have enough. Not sure if it's endurance or energy or what but Maxi is probably a better play at least right now.
