Here's my question about Mexico….

When I got there they're super clean and very litter and environmentally cautious.

And yet when they come to the US they act like they've never seen a trash can before.

I believe the term Latinos is for people from Latin America only (not including Spain/Europe), whereas Hispanic is for all Spanish speaking countries. (So may exclude Brazil.)
