I'm still leaning towards US soccer announcing an interim coach and saying they're going to be conducting a search of a new NT manager. I think this crap actually makes it harder for the organization to move on to someone else as they'll have to qualify that the decision wasn't influenced by decades-old incidents.

US Soccer isn't going to send PIs after just some random schmuck fans. They're "investigating inappropriate behavior by others towards the staff" sounds like they're looking into potential harassment by peripheral folks around the soccer scene rather than random people…and again the Reyna's might fit that. Danielle Reyna is someone who would have known Rosalind Berhalter at the time this happened.
