Not saying Dest is going to happen, but he did not completely shut the door on any additional moves.

Looks to be a great move. The starting RB for Milan is out with injury for at least the next 8 weeks. Plenty of time for Dest to get match fit and integrated into the team.

Brooks is a free agent and has known for a long time he could go anywhere. We've been wondering if it's JB or Gregg that is the primary issue with Brook's lack of call ups. I'm wondering if JB doesn't have WC aspirations this cycle, if so you would think he'd have found a team and be playing regular minutes by now.
Years ago, I'd have gladly blamed Ggg. But now, I'm convinced his lack of call ups is his own fault.
His form was pretty lackluster last year. He played a ton of games due to lack of better options (and it showed in Wolfsburg having a much worse season than normal).
I wouldn't be surprised if he's just a cheap veteran bench player for Benfica. Hope I'm wrong for his sake and ours, but that's certainly the way the trajectory seems to be going.

Watched Celtic destroy Rangers 4-0 this morning. 3 USMNT starters for the game.
- CCV was good. Celtic try to play it out from the back. Looked pretty comfortable with the ball at his feet. He had one bad turnover on a ball passed to him while off balance that could have been costly. He'll never be confused with being a ball playing CB but the system should be good prep from him playing under Berhalter. Defensively very solid. Rangers generally couldn't do anything offensively other than lob crosses at the box.
- Sands looked decent. He did great marking Giakoumakis and had a number of important blocks/interceptions. The goals against largely came from Rangers back line collectively falling asleep or WTF moments. He was easily Rangers best defender in what was a pretty poor showing from them.
- Tillman was unfortunately, not good. He seemed too timid. He didn't create much with the ball at his feet and didn't get under a couple of crosses to his direction in the box. You could tell he was frustrated and picked up a yellow on a silly foul. I didn't focus on him when pressing but Rangers high press wasn't very effective. I watched him play against PSV and clips in the SPFL and he'll be a player, but today wasn't his day.
Pulisic had a very uninspiring 60 mins for Chelsea. He just lacked that quick decisive touch or shot in the final third. Only bright spot is that the crowded calendar will likely give him another chance.
Musah playing for Valencia right now on ESPN+. He has an assist an a hockey assist in a 3-0 half-time lead. He has been at the center of every thing they are doing. Berhalther is in attendance.
