Adams does actually make more sense out wide than Acosta, even if Adams is also better centrally.


Acosta and Sands are going to have to be very vigilant that they arent both getting caught staying back and creating a huge void in the center, since they both play that instinctually

Really unexpected starting lineup, for sure. Let's see how this goes. I'm assuming it's really playing with 2 strikers and Pulisic having freedom to roam in the attacking third.

This is a Mexican crew.

Let's be honest. We will never get a US crew so no Elfath, Marrufo, Villarreal (not just US refs but South Texas trained!). Ivan Barton is young and very good from I believe SLV. From the perspective of wanting a ref who has been at a higher level a MEX ref is the best you can hope for. But CONCACAF doesn't want cards so he's at a disadvantage.
