Quick question Jeff, how do I make the quinoa suck less? We cooked it in chicken broth, I added salt and hot sauce (Not salsa). Just curious if there is anything else we could do.

Just have to find a flavor you like. Most of your recipes/flavors you like with rice will also work with quinoa.

I've ordered Quinoa out, I've never cooked it.

Guacamole is amazing. I don't trust people that don't like it. Chunky guac is the best.

For Corkscrew, I'd just show up at opening time. You'll get food but there will be a line. Saturday obviously has the longest line. If you want to show up a bit early, you can hang out with Smith&Co.

MLB season is the offseason.

Saw Discovery.

I've seen Discovery and Endeavour on display, saw Atlantis take off. Enterprise isnt a real Shuttle, so I consider my journey to see the 3 remaining of the 5 orbiters complete.

Cupcakes I had red velvet and cookies and cream from Georgetown Cupcakes of TLCs DC Cupcakes.
