All the time. It's a staple at our place since gluten gives my son eczema flare-ups.

Tiny grain. Kinda like cous cous is to pasta.
The Mrs and I are trying to eat better, so we tried it. Recommended by her dad. I had some with grilled chicken, I couldn't finish a cup of it. That is some really filling stuff.
Yeah, it does the oatmeal and rice thing and just sits in your gut and expands.
My wife makes a pretty good side dish of quinoa, olive oil, walnuts, parsley and parmesan cheese. She likes cold quinoa salad with avocado, but I'm not an avocado person. Quinoa pairs well with salmon and other fishes imo.

I don't think we can be e-friends any longer.
Avocado people are typically, over-dramatic, sensitive and reactionary, so it's probably for the best.
I'm definitely pro-guacamole though.
