I hated the Rig. Great stadium, but sucks to be a visitor there. I also remember games at Pearlands old stadium, which is still where they play soccer. Tiny bleachers, old as hell. Had that small town feel, because Pearland used to be small as anything.

Bryan field is a really nice grass field. Reffed soccer throughout my time at A&M and did many a game there. That stadium design is the same as at least Katy and Ft. Bend ISDs.

Ball has a crappy stadium as someone said.
For a district stadium, District Stadium has to be the crappiest.

Lancaster, Tx has a nice stadium....seats 9,800. This past season was it's first. I couldn't find any photos to post, but it looks good. They have an indoor practice facility to the south of the field that I've been in which is very nice.

OK, I said I'd snap a picture of the new Cy Fair stadium the next time I had my camera in the car....I had it with me today....

The best way to see the scale is to look at the size of the doors into the buildings.

An earlier poster made a note of Wildcat-Ram stadium at Lake Highlands. Not to be picky, but it's technically Ram-Wildcat stadium, as a result of Berkner beating Lake Highlands last year (they share the stadium). Also, Smithson Valley's stadium is really nice, and set back in the Hill Country.

The traffic around the campus makes District Stadium one of the worst, which is a shame, because with the lack of a track, it's a decent place to watch a game.

I've always liked Hopper Field in Freeport. Nothing fancy, but plenty of seats and parking and light traffic.

we had 21,000 at a 1986 playoff game in my hometown. of course, that was the same year that we beat Mojo at Ratliff in front of like 23,000...

Cy Fair is off the charts. My blank post above was an attempt to post pictures of Leo Buckley in Killeen, but the links were all dead. 10,000 capacity with the end zone seats, new $ 6 million, 3-story, tilted glass press box finished in 2004, turf grass, new concession stands, track, bathrooms, ticket boxes, and this year, a video-replay scoreboard. Buckley is holding it's own and then some.

Won't somebody put in a word for poor old Rose...uh, Trinity Rose Stadium in Tyler? It might not be the snazziest, but some pretty bad actors have called it home, including the Rose hisself.

That's the only decent pic of the new Galena Park ISD complex that I could find.

That stadium in Mesquite is definitely one of the nicer ones in the metroplex as far as viewing angle from the stands. I went to several marching contests there when I was in HS (yep, I was a band nerd, sue me).

Mansfield (just South of Dallas) is building a ridiculous stadium. These pictures probably don't do justice, but I drove past it the other day and it is unbelievable.

screw pennington field. it was sh*tty in '92 when highland park beat us (henderson), and still is. i wish i was my current age then so i could take a piss on every single highland park fan that threw change, etc. on our band and fans. the single worst group of classless, arrogant, bougeouise people i've ever seen in my life. haha and pissing on them makes me what? who cares. and yes i'm a little bitter considering any sport we've done well in we lost to them in the playoffs. however i am glad they beat the piss out of marshall last year. can anyone top using 'piss' 3 times in a post?

That Mansfield stadium will be nice. It's about time too, they have like 3-4 high schools now, and the stadium they used to play in SUCKED!
