It's a problem if they have to bend/bounce every running play. It'll work here and there but is not sustainable. It means their line is getting beat.

I asked a friend of mine that at a game there against tech a couple of years ago, and he said they have always done it...I grew up in Austin and went to some sip games with friends as a kid, and don't remember it
