Well, to be honest, there is the Jameis Winston / Erica Kinsman incident. Local police, FSU, and Jimbo all backed Winston in the "he said, she said " allegations. FSU did eventually settled with her for a reported $950,000, with the reasoning of "expensive legal costs, moving forward, no admitting we did anything wrong" and all that.
