So you are insinuating that an idle sip team is going to jump other idle teams? I mean, its happened before, but with current scrutiny on the process the committee would make themselves out to be a complete joke.

If they were going to do so, it would have been much easier to justify givimg them a +5 bump for beating us than a +3 bump.

OP, it's sad that this is what you're reduced to. Rubbing the FL loss in our face after once again wrecking A&M's hope of playing in a CC game for the first time since '98. I don't know any Horns that think UT deserves to be in the playoffs. I'm very pleased with 9-3 considering how bad Arch and O-line were for much of the season. UT was overrated for sure, but when you look at PSU, Clemson, LSU, FLA, FSU...this season turned out ok.

I plan to watch it, since it is likely they will have my favorite sip commercials. You know, the one with the gentleman sitting in the stands, with the obviously over-inflated sense of self worth, hollering out, *** lite here, while sounding like he is not from Texas, but somewhere north of the Mason/Dixon line. Or the Walmart Burnt Orange t-shirt wearing sip, with the single digit IQ who can't remember for 3 seconds not latching the gate and letting their cow out. Why would a 9-3 team that had to go to overtime against both Miss State and Kentucky to squeak out wins sniff the CFP. Never mind letting Vandy score 21 in the 4th to almost steal that one in Austin, Horn was a psychotic mess with as many 'bad' wins as good ones. Oh, and there was that loss beat down against UGA.

In an objective world, how does this team deserve to be in a serious conversation regarding the CFP ?
