Watched the game last Saturday on a heathy dose of Norco and Valium.

It was the most relaxed, enjoyable game I've watched in a long time. Easy peasy.

I have an artificial disc between L5/L4. That's been great. Just did too much as a youth. Last year its was an artificial hip.

Yeah. I've decided to cut everything in half.

It was nice for the game but being in a prolonged stupor is just boring.

I went to Urgent Care at halftime of last year's USCe game for an eventual emergency appendectomy... Was thinking about digging out the bottle of the good meds again at halftime this year

I had similar surgery a few years ago -> L4 - L5 - S1

I watched a lot of football during that Fall.

Been there and done that (the surgery, not the Norco and Valium). Recovery isn't too bad/long lasting.

Just be sure you do make all your PT appointments, and do the exercises faithfully. Can't tell you how much the PT helped me.
