If the situation was reversed....and A&M won after a controversial call....would any of the Ag fans on here go on a Texas forum and debate/argue with all their fans that an obvious & blatant foul that was not called was legit?

I don't understand why a sip fan would even be on here. Such arrogance to come here and even debate that horrible no call.

They are sips. Arrogance is just who they are.

ASU vs OSU doesn't make the $$$$ tu brings with it.

tu is a major player. That's why it works the way it works.

We were soooooo close to ending that. If we just had a clue and prevented them from joining the SEC they are a dead program by this year after rotting in the BDF.

Problem is there were people who wanted to play them again and didn't even think I about the boost it was about to give them when that news hit the recruiting circuit.

We are dumb and are going to pay dearly for this as it has only begun.

OK makes little more sense now why you would be on here.

I got my undergrad at A&M and mba at Penn State. A&M my #1 team but I also pull for PSU.

They are not rivals so not a perfect comparison but if they happed to play each other and A&M got a blatant favorable call and won the game. I would never go on a PSU forum and talk all this nonsense how the calls were even and some random guy thinks there was another targeting call that was worse. And you are just making excuse after excuse on a rival forum.

It was a terrible no call. It was so bad I think it needs to be investigated.

The bottom line is that it was textbook targeting.

I was not called.

I usually don't believe in them but I have seen so many big calls go Texas way that I am a believer in them when it comes to Texas.

And I am not just talking about calls against A&M. UH got badly screwed on a spot a couple of years ago. Notre Dame got screwed on a non targeting call against Texas. I could make a laundry list of bad calls that go in Texas favor.

Basically, if there is a big call at the end of the game that could be a deciding factor, it almost always goes in Texas favor. Way more than 50/50.

Not a doubt in my mind that if an Aggie does that targeting against Texas or anyone else, that is 100% called for targeting.

(Edit) and the throwing bottles to get the call reversed against Georgia just proves my point. The ref had already marked the penalty for goodness sakes.

Texas never gets called for targeting when the game is on the line. I remember this play against ND. It was also ruled no targeting by Texas.

Which one is easier to advertise, tu versus Ohio State or Arizona State versus Ohio State? That's what this stuff comes down to at the end of the day.
