I heard it said earlier this year that it is "rare" that one "good" team will lose to another "good" team twice in once year.

TX lost to UGA twice, so I like that. I just hope that Oregon can beat tOSU again. They definitely have a tough matchup compared to what the sips have vs ASU.

The Zuko Dog will continue to visit The Duck every Saturday to pay homage and hope for an Oregon win.

SEC championship games have gone 6 of 8 for the regular season winner, I believe.

I think.whoever wins the Oregon/OSU game wins it all.

They need to go to 16 teams with no byes and proper seeding. This year should have been:

1 Oregon v 16 Arizona State
8 Texas v 9 Alabama

4 Penn St v 13 Iowa State
5 Tennessee v 10 Indiana

2 Georgia v 15 Boise
7 Miami v 10 Mississippi

3 Notre Dame v 14 Clemson
6 Ohio State v 11 South Carolina

We do not need a 16 team playoff. Reduce it to 8 teams.

Realistically, only 2-4 of the teams above could go on a four game run against top competition and win.

I'm surprised ND is favored over Georgia.

More to do with ND money than anything.
I think it is because Beck is not going to play.

I think that's exactly what they think.

Nice job by the committee. The teams with byes are double digit underdogs. Well done CFP committee and playoff system.

And you reward Oregon for their undefeated season by playing Ohio state in round 2.

Meanwhile Texas gets a Clemson team that shouldn't have made it and Arizona st. I'd 100% rather play against both Clemson and Arizona state than Ohio state

But the extra game will eventually be their undoing. Banged up bad vs Clemson.

ASU will be totally fresh. 27-24 win for Sun Devils! Push all to middle.

They have 11 days to get healed up and Bond should be back. Texas will win in the trenches thus winning the game, comfortably.

Bond wont play in this round but if he does, he'll be a fraction of what he can be. Re-rolled bum ankle in CCG.

I do like their chances on offense but ASU's RB will pound away. Limit their TOP. Quinn will pi$$ away some chances. Kicker sux; will miss key FG

27-24 upset
