SMU had the first down, should've just ran it.
Kevin Jennings could have just run for the first down instead of trying to go for the touchdown. That's a foolish decision on 4th and 1 inside the red zone that could come back to bite SMU.
Pedo St was lined up in the neutral zone but no flag. Bad decision to throw.
Having lost on a last second FG against the Tigers the Ponies make the obvious choice of eschewing the points on the road.

No the right decision was to get the 1st. The result of the play proves the risk of throwing vs a guarantee continuation of the drive

Yo, all you knuckleheads. Did you miss the announcers stating SMU was driving into a straight headwind? Besides the wind, the low temps also make the football harder to kick. Going for it was the right call. Also great play call that had two options to succeed and a bad throw took both away.
