Elko can't see the future. Had we taken those FGs, who knows what might have occurred after that. We should have taken the first one for sure.

First one for sure, second, have to go for it. Just make a better play call than the same one that failed the previous 10 times.

has to be psychological. Klein picked up so many 3rd and 4th and short in his playing career, had his way with Texas..he was money...he just can't believe his offense is unable to do it. but he was 6'5" 230
He'd probably like to go in there and do it himself.

We should have kicked the field goal on the first drive to take a 3-0 lead. If we had kicked a field goal on that drive, we would have trailed 17-10 with 4:36 left. Going for the game-tying touchdown would have been the right decision. Also, Colin Klein could have called better plays from the 1-yard line.

Nobody was converting that 2nd one. The entire OLine got absolutely blown up. Course you leak the TE out and it's probably and easy TD. If you're going to run right at them put Reed under center and have someone to push.

Klein will wear those calls like a tattoo on his forehead, and they will get mentioned countless times next year, if Elko is stubborn and does not recognize his hiring mistake and replace him.
